Refund and Returns Policy

Haathcraft values your business and wants you to be delighted with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, so we offer a convenient return policy. However, it’s important to remember the unique nature of handcrafted products.

Handcrafted Uniqueness

Since each Haathcraft dress is handcrafted by our skilled Indian artisan, there may be slight irregularities in  beading or stitching. These are not considered defects but rather characteristics of the handmade process. Handloom items, by their very nature, may have beautiful inconsistencies and imperfections. 

Return Eligibility

• Timeline: You can initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your product.
• Condition: The product must be unused and in its original condition, with all tags, original packaging, and a copy of the receipt included.
• Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes for international returns.

Customized & Made-to-Order Items

• No Returns or Refunds: All customized or made-to-order garments are non-returnable and non-refundable. Each piece is crafted based on individual specifications, making it unique to the customer.
• Size Variations: Please note that slight size variations (up to 1 inch) can occur due to manual tailoring processes. We recommend referring to our size chart and consulting with our team before placing an order.

Color Variations

• Digital Display Differences: While we strive for accuracy in our product images, slight color differences may occur due to screen resolutions, lighting, and photography. Such variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

• Reporting Issues: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@haathcraft.com with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
• Unboxing Video Requirement: To process claims for damaged or defective items, an unboxing video is mandatory. This helps us assess the issue accurately and expedite the resolution process.
• Resolution: Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or store credit, depending on product availability. Refunds are provided only if a replacement is unavailable.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Customized garments tailored to specific measurements.
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
• Products without original tags or packaging.
• Items reported after the stipulated return/exchange window.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Refunds will not be granted if you provided the wrong or incomplete shipping address, or if there were two failed delivery attempts by our courier or the recipient refused the package.

Refund Process

• Once we receive your returned product and confirm it meets the return criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
• Please note that banks typically take 7-10 business days to process the refund after it’s been initiated by Haathcraft.
• In certain cases, we may offer store credit, which will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Return Pickup

• We will schedule a return pickup within 7 days of your return request being confirmed. We will contact you to finalize the date and time.
• Please be aware that return pickups will only be attempted twice.

Exchange Policy

Haathcraft currently does not offer exchanges.
